Well I have Payback which I thought was worth the money because of the graphics engine and I have GTA Chinatown Wars, which is the best mobile GTA game, no doubt.
From the video preview, it seems CJS is not worth 6 bux, I'll wait for to be 3.

The debt info was shown on the game's main menu screen as soon as I fire up the game.

Just a guess, but it's probably the same problem as last time. Paul said that if the game was accepted before Sunday that he would release it on Sunday so he probably set the release date for today and apple released the .1 version (most likely because 1.0 hasn't been accepted yet).
