Hey, I was thinking about jailbreakng my iPod touch because I heard that you can download apps without paying the $99. Is that posible?

Now for my next question, is it posible to save the data that is on the iPod, not just the games, but the data for the games as well.

Then to jailbreak it, I've heard that quickPnw is the as to go. Is that correct?

Anything else important I should know before I jailbreak it?

I am not sure about the rest but the first part is called using cracked apps and is illegal. That is something you can't talk about on TA.

It is possible to save your progress of a game, then delete a game and restore its data when you download it back on again with an app within Cydia called AppBackup or something like that. QuickPwn is the way to go available on quickpwn.com. And yes, cracked apps are illegal. Nothing else you need to know I don't think. :)
