I don't get your point.

What do you specifically need if Chillingo is not fine for you?

try tech pad agency. I have worked for them before and would put in a good word for you. You would also be their first publishing experience so you could negotiate a lot. They also boast that they can get you into the new and noteworthy section. Their current game seems to be doing okay, but not great. It is still worth a try.
