Looks like there could be some trademark issues....

Once the big studios realize how much these indie developers are making, i could see lawsuits a plenty come rolling in. Quite a few apps seem to dance dangerously close to violating some intellectual property rights.

Things like that tend to be ignored in small patches of freeware indie developement, but once the big shots realize the profit potential of iPhone developement things could start to get messy.
