Is there a site that gives you stats on apps, like total number sold, number sold per day on average etc?

there's no real time tracker, but the number one spot distributes close to 15000 copies a day

I thought only Apple and devs are allowed to see that, and they can share it if they want to. But if they don't want to, it isn't available to the public. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Apple used to have the number of downloads posted on the app page (around the first week of the App Store), but they quickly realized that this let others determine their revenues (at least roughly), and they removed it, opting for the rating system instead.
