Copying my iPod Apps to Another iPod

I wish to copy my apps to my cousin's new iPod. Mine is old and needs to be replaced. Any suggestions?

Maybe you get sync all your ipas onto the new iPod. Although it would erase the data. (?)

Hook it up to computer, authorize the iTunes account, sync, everything will appear on computer, then sync the other iPod with the same computer.
