This may not interest some people, but don't you think it would be nice if arn merged touchArcade and AppShopper together? It would mean one less website to go check. The new games button at the top of the site could turn into AppShopper and there you go!

Just a thought though...

they serve rather different purposes, so I don't see how they would blend very well. :)

Yeah, I guess your right. They are both related to the App Store though. I personally would love to see this happen, but I guess everyone's opinion will be different.

Merging wouldn't be right thing to do. I like the site just the way it is (as long as you keep doing reviews too :P)

Exactly my point! It would be nice to have all of the features o AppShopper here on the site.

while I wouldn't mind, I would have to say it would undermine the point of this site

It is "all" on one site

does anyone go to iLounge.com? I went there today to see what silicone iPhone cover i should get... it's a pretty quality website (clearly for all things iPod/iPhone though)

i'm sure you all knew about that though..

I've got an idea for appshopper, it may have been suggested already.

it would be cool if you could bookmark apps, or add them to a "cart" of sorts. then at a glance you could see all of their prices and just keep track of them so you don't forget about any apps.

sort of how some websites allow you to select and compare different products.
but I don't know how feasible that is as I have zero coding experience.

That would be great for people like me who constantly put things on a mental "wait for price drop" or "on the fence" list lol

And possibly custom a custom RSS feed for your "favorited" apps

that would be an amazing feature to add to appshopper

there are app store sites that have that feature
but i would love to see it added to appshopper

and would a simple link right after the New Games link that opens a new browser window or just links to app shopper would be nice

i dont think they should merge, but a direct link in the upper menu would be nice

ya, this feature is in the works/mostly done. I just haven't gotten around to finishing it up.
