The iTunes store needs tiered pricing sections

Since only 100 apps out of 30,000 get any kind of notice, don't you think it would be in everyone's benefit to have a different "Most Popular List" for each pricing tier: Free/$.99/$1.99/etc...

maybe... but..

1) there're at least 10 price tiers
2) it's very easily abused by the developers
