Crazy Slashing the Caribbean Zombies! Fun!!!

I watched the trailer of Caribbean Zombie earlier. From the trailer, I am attracted by the crazy slashes.

Caribbean have eaten all fruits and now it's turn to themselves. Let's go slashing!

There are 3 words and 3 hell packs available in the current version. In each world or hell, there are 10 levels including a boss stage. Each level has a specific mission. If you accomplish the mission, there will be extra bonus. The goal of the game is to kill Caribbean Zombies. The way to kill them is just slash on the screen. You can get combos like "3 Kills" if you slash 3 or more zombie with just one slash. A successful kill will make you earn a coin. Sometimes, extra coin bags will show up. Slice them again and again you can grab more.

You have only 3 lives in each level. If you fail to kill the zombies and they get approch to you, you will lose a heart. So quick, accurate and relentless is the key point to get a high score.

You can upgrade your Health Point, Attack Power, Slach Skills and Superpowers. The upgradable items will enhance your whole ability. These items are all consumed by coins. If you want more coins, you can buy more via In-App-Purchas. I recommend you a way to earn a bunch of FREE coins by using Tapsjoy, in which you can must sponsor apps, finish some survies, etc. There are also some special items available in the game, which are only accessible via In-App-Purchase. For instance, Golden Key to unlock all levels, Wing of Resurrection to resurrect you with complete HP when killed, Lucky Ring to get more coins from killed monsters.

The graphics are very good. I like the Zombie Captain and the Caribbean Pirate Ship very much! The design of Bosses are very special. You may encounter Octopus, Witches, Dragons. They have their own super powers. The game is very playable and challenging.

However I have also found a bug. The game cannot be recognized by Game Center. The error pops out when the game starts. Please fix it in the next update and I cannot wait for more level packs coming!

Update: Another critical bug found: Sometimes, no matter how you slash on the screen, no reaction. You just have to see zombies killing you to death. I have encountered this issue several times.

In a word, the game is not just a Fruit Ninja clone. Caribbean Zombie is far more suitalbe for grown-ups! Let's go slashing Caribbean Zombies!

this slashing game will definitely stay in my iDevice together with the other slashing game *cough* fruit ninja*cough*..anyways i don't know if it's only me but i think there is a game center bug in the start of the game..saying "this game is not recognized by GC"..kindly look into that..as for the game itselft..i like the graphics of this one..it's well drawn..the zombies are kinda cute/funny..not scary..hahaha..LOL..the fast paced music and sfx make this game more exciting and livelier..and the touch response is great..my only gripe in this game is that the coin drop rate is low..so can you..i really mean YOU the developers to lower the cost of upgrading the stats and purchasing items? i hope that there will be updates..i mean LOTS of updates for game optimization and level packs for FREE..no more IAP please..LOLS..reccommended to all slashing gamers out there..just a fair warning though..when you, i'm looking at you GAMERS, start playing this game..be prepare to lose some sleep and weight..haha..oh..i nearly forgot..i hope there will be a universal support for this game..as this would look REALLY good on my iPad!! Kudos to the DEV team!! :)

What's not to love about this game it's a really fun ride,they seemed to cover all the bases with it awesome graphics fun storyline,cool customization and upgrades,crazy looking boss battles,simple yet responsive controls,that girl that's always running away from zombies in these games,best of all no FRUITS.....thank especially for that. Well worth the small price you pay for it.

They packed a lot of action and levels into this game and it'll take all your skill and all the upgrades you can make to survive this Zombie Pirate assault.From the first swipe you'll be hooked, as the game keeps throwing enemies at you from all sides,shapes,and forms along with the occasional humans running for their lives in the middle of this carnage.

Create huge combos,unlock and unleash different skills use every item you can to keep from being overrun,complete missions for even more coins and higher rankings.

Slay the undead horde and their bosses and rescue them fairys matey!

Caribbean Zombie is just amazing, cut the zombies, chop the money bag, leveling up the attack damage, buy more HP and Skills, avoid hurting normal human, fight those sneaky ghosts, and the outstanding Boss fight.

Well this is not just an ordinary Slash Game, this game is an Epic Slashing Adventure Game.


Here is some of my suggestions:

First of all I find that the game cannot be recognized by Gamecenter, this issue would be easy fixed by the next update.

And I think if the game could be add an option of Screen Rotation would be very good for us to have a better experience, you know when I charge my device it's hard to play at the same time without rotating the screen display.

At last, I suggest to add more levels and at least a Infinite Challenging Mode. well if you can, I would really like a Multiplayer Duel Mode, let's see who can survive longer.

Slicing game with story and adventure level is FUN!!!

I like playing Fruit Ninja … but finding this game is more FUN, since there is some achievement and level to finish … a lot of game modes and variations in the game with different challenge and missions to complete … but it will be fun is there is not too many inApp … it will be more fun if the developer can improve the realistic experience when slicing the zombie … like fruit ninja, it feels so real when you cut the fruit … hope there will be more fun features in the next update!!!

This is a very addicting Slash type game. The game is all about killing zombies by slashing or tapping them with your fingers. There are a lot of different zombie types to kill you. Some zombies requires a multiple slash to kill. Some got shield like the witch. The game also features 6 challenging maps with 10 levels each. Each map has a Boss level. You can also upgrade your stats by using coins which you can gain by finishing a level or by purchasing an IAP item. There is also a Mission Objective each Level which rewards you with extra gold if completed. This is another fun slash type game available in the appstore with loads of content. A must buy game. Only thing I want right now is a Universal or iPad version.

A blast to play!
Caribbean Zombie is basically a hack and slash game in which you need to save the fairies from Zombies. But what makes this stand apart from its competitors is a compelling storyline and sheer variety of enemies. So in the game you basically slash the zombies to move to next level. But the game is not that easy as it’s sounds as you have only 3 lives per level and there are different varieties of enemies ranging from zombies, bugs octopuses and even witches who will try to kill you .The game includes some RPG elements as well like you get coins for killing enemies (extra coins for performing combos) with which you can upgrade the attack, skill slash or even H.P.
Other than that, the game has incredible and detailed graphics with excellent background music. The game offers 6 unique worlds and 3 AI levels, so casual gamers as well as hardcore gamers can enjoy the game at their own pace.

Some of the features I would like to see as a future update are:-
1) This type of game is begging for Gamecenter leaderboards and achievements
2) Would love to a Universal version of the app
3) Finally everybody loves more stages and enemies

Overall Caribbean Zombie is a light and enjoyable game that is entertaining enough for all audiences.

3D pirate zombie slashing mayhem!

In Caribbean Zombie you have to slash your way through hordes of pirate zombies, squids and barrels
hurled at you while avoiding human beings. You will be awarded coins that can be used to level up your
HP, attack power, quantity of slash gauge and clock/ice/electricity skills. The coin bags can be slashed
again for more coins. Do aim for combo attacks and break open treasure chest for items. You have 3
hearts at the beginning of each level. Each hit will cost you half a heart. Your adventure consists of 6
worlds with 10 levels each, including a boss level with a totally different game play from the ordinary
stages. If you succeed in the specified mission for the level, you will earn extra coins.

The graphics is colorful. Control is generally very good, although I have trouble with slashing not
working on occasions. All sorts of enemies are coming at you from every directions. You will need the
upgrades and well aimed and timed slashes to survive the mayhem.

There is an IAP store for coins and special items. You can also earn free coins with a variety of sign ups,
including Tapjoy. Special items available include vitality potion (boosts skill), magical feather (resets
upgrades), golden key (unlock all stages), wing of resurrection (rescues you from getting killed), antidote
(detox poison), lucky ring (boost coins), energy drink (resets action gauge), magical spell (preserves
skill gauge), and special coupon (upgrades stats). I was a little disappointed that you cannot buy special
items with coins. There is also a bug with Game Center not recognizing the game.

Overall a very enjoyable action packed game that will satisfy your desire to slash, slash and slash away
at a very affordable entry price.

Addictive game!
This is really addictive game! Amazing graphics, cool sound effects and pretty cool animations. The game has 6 different stages three world packs and three hell mode packs each has a boss battle. The game is very easy to understand how to play you just need to kill zombies by slashing them with your fingers. There are a lot of different kinds of zombies, tons of items and upgrade skills. Very cool challenging game! Definitely worth buying game!

Pretty cool game!
Another pretty cool game by Pictosoft! Awesome colorful graphics. The gameplay is great too. The game has six different maps each of them includes 10 levels and boss level too. The controls are very intuitive you just need slash or tap to cut the attacking zombies. After each level you'll get coins and then you can upgrade your skills or buy new items. It's very addictive game. Hope to see in the future updates GameCenter or Openfeint integration with different achievements. Great work! Highly recommended it!

Just amazing! I wasn't expect too much from Caribbean Zombie when I first saw it. I thought it was just another slash game or a Fruit Ninja clone. I was so wrong. The game looks gorgeous. All types of different zombies looks awesome. All the background scene is vivid. You can slash your way out through 6 worlds. The most interesting part is Caribbean Zombie contains boss fight in the end of each world. You can make yourself stronger by lots of upgrades and items. Some of them need you to buy by IAP. Yet you can still finish the game without buying any IAPs.
Overall, Caribbean Zombie is a game full of fun, go get it while it is on sale. Highly recommended.

I know what you're thinking: "oh no... Another fruit ninja clone". But wait! Give it a chance, there's much more to this than that.

CZ is in essence a slashing game in the essence of FN indeed, but it adds much more. It has more structure, levels, and a feeling of progress no other game in the genre has implemented before.

There are tons of levels, each one with a mission (in addition to surviving) and tons of different types of zombies that must be handled in different ways and priorities of you want a chance of surviving. Just this adds a layer of challenge like no other game.

Add to that the fact that the difficulty here increases with each passing level, and you'll have a challenge that will have you hooked for a while. But worry not, as it is not torture. To ease the game up, CZ has upgrades for your weapons, health and skills, which makes the game easier (and to be honest a necessity later on). And last but not least, it has creative bosses at the end of each world that need again different strategies in order to be handled.

As you might see, the game has Iaps, but these are not mandatory or intrusive, just make the game easier, showing another good implementation of them. There's nothing you can get here just by playing, and even if you need to repeat a level for a few coins, it is so fun that you won't mind.

So yeah, just because the idea of the game is not completely original does not mean that the game isn't worth checking out. As this one most definitely is, and is well worth your money at its current price point. So go ahead, get this and starting slashing zombies today!!
