Yes, I think it's ok to play, it's an easy pick up and play zombie game that we could find. ;-)

It's a good comment in fact, I'm liking the game especially the impressive icon.

PS: It's strange when I saw iAd is displayed as Test Advertisement, may be you will have to check that.

Normally, if there's no ad to display, iAd will not show up. I've experienced with it 1 time before with my Twins Candy game. If you're sure about that then it should be ok.
