I got plants vs zombies as pretty much one of my first games. Completed it and got rid, was then told they updated it but as I deleted it it removed my game save. Got it back again but wanna know if there is anything similar I can play after it when I'm done again?

Try kingdom rush when you are done, you might enjoy it.

In the same genre you could Check out Tiny Defense and The Creeps, though I wouldn't say they are similar per se. PvZ is unique.

You may also like Ant Raid. It's a different genre, but I loved the style and gameplay and it did remind me of PvZ.

Tiny defense is similar, some of the others mentioned are not. Kingdom Rush and the Creeps are tower defense, totally different.

Dwarves v. Orcs is similar. Really hard though.
