How do I get Quake 3 Arena?

1. I am seriously considering jailbreaking my new touch just for this game. If I did, what would I need to get it? (I've jailbroken before, I know cydia, installer, sources, etc.)

2. Also, if I did jailbreak it and downloaded some apps, if I hit transfer purchases and would they go to my PC, so if I unjailbroke my iPod they would be on my iPod? All I want is Quake Arena....

Well, That's kinda considered piracy if I told how to get Quake so I can't tell you, but, If you did install Quake 3 Arena then hit transfer purchases and un-jailbroke your iPod it wouldn't be there, cause you have to have your iPod jailbroken for emulators.

IT does. It uses the same severs as the PC version, so anyone whos playing on the PC, I can play with. But if I'm gonna jailbreak my touch, I want to make sure I can get this first. This is the only reason I want to.
