You are late to the game. This is in the official thread. We didn't need a whole thread just for this, although if you really feel we do need it, post it in the correct forum, game discussion not here. We don't need 5 threads for the same game all it does is clutter the board and make it hard to search. The mods will change the other thread to reflect the new pricing soon

I disagree with this. The "official thread" is 32 pages long and a lot of people are going to ignore it because of that (and that's one of the short discussions!!).

So think of this topic as a "notification" post, rather than a "discussion" post. Notify here, get the word out, job done. Carry on.

And never mind about how it is "hard to search" as you state (which I still disagree with), but rather think how it makes it easier for people who are BROWSING the forums, rather than SEARCHING the forums.
For a lot of people, when browsing, a title like this one will stand out much more, giving the game more exposure, which is what the developer obviously wants when making a game free.

Absolutely agree. I have got the game because of this thread, I would have had no reason to visit the other thread so wouldn't have seen it.

I am sure there are people who sit behind their keyboard, fingers poised, waiting for someone to post something they don't agree with so they can have a go.

They should've put The Deep as in-game DLC, like an expansion pack. I hate wasting icon space for what is essentially a same game.
