The water was beating down on my windshield. The air was cold, and I felt the hairs on my skin rise. The steering wheel was so frost to the touch that I had to let go every so often to warm up my hands. My car rose onto the highway and the dark sky held stars, taunting me, floating free, and safe. The police headlights were reflected in my rearview mirror, giving me a reason to push down harder on the gas pedal. The car pushed forward and for the last split second I saw a bright light in front of me, as if I had entered a football stadium and the lights shined down on me, headlights grew closer. As I impacted with the car my head flew forward and hit the steering wheel. I felt a drop of blood roll down my face. That’s what I get for having a need for speed.

Need For Speed has many difficult levels and challenges, from Hot Car to a Circuit Race. Push faster as you struggle to get the extra edge in the race, reaching for the finish line. You aren’t the only one. The cars are coming up from behind you, what do you do? Slam down on your break and let them crash into you? Make a swift turn and force them to come to an immediate halt? Or give it your all and push on the breaks. It’s up to you. Three different big places to visit, and tons of roads to race on, this has the perfect suspense filled race as you try to dodge that police car.

Need For Speed has perfect, smooth, and polished graphics that show that EA gave it it’s all, and definitely helped on the Need For Speed as the cars rage forward, gaining speed and trying to reach the finish line. It has the right music soundtrack as you listen and drive forward, making that fast turn to avoid the truck, saving you from dropping to last place. Need For Speed is a great balance of fun, re playability, and excitement. Do you have a Need For Speed?
