We have no Marks & Spencers here in the states. I have to wait for relatives to visit to get my fill of Percy Pigs (or Pig Snerks as my daughter calls em). I also get a nice huge bag of Maltesers that are 1000x better then our Whoppers.

Don't get me started on how much better Cadbury is in England vs the US. For some reason Cadbury is crap here.

Good for me I live in the Uk and near a M&S store :P How about you send some Hershey bars and Candy Cones for some Percy Pigs and Aero Bars? XD

For all those british people that love american sweets there was a site once that I ordered off of and got some amazing crap including.... FROOT LOOPS!!! Plus it was at a reasonable price, lemme find the site...

EDIT: Ok, so the price isn't very reasonable but the mystery box stuff sure is :)

so you all are saying that i could make a killing by bringing a bunch of American junk food over to the UK and sell it, then return with a bunch of UK and sell it
and hopefully break even for the price of the plane ticket across the pond...

interesting proposal

There is already a store doing this. They're called UK Gourmet, and they import every candy I ever loved in the uk and canada. Percy pigs, kinder eggs, it's all sooo good. And suprisingly enough, the only place I find aero bars are at ellis island in new York, I believe they have them in the gift shop, or they used to at least

But don't you think this might be a case of 'absence makes the heart grow fonder'?!! Percy Pigs are quite nice though...... (but not Aeros or Kinder bars - I can't see the attraction there!) :)

I will say you are right, But there is not a candy bar with the consistancy of an aero here in the states, As for the Kinder eggs, kids here in the states don't watch what they eat so they would choke on the toys that come in them... At least that's what they say.... Silly American kids...

I'm not sure about NYC, so don't take my absolute word for it, it's been a while since I've been and idk if teyll still have them. If only American kids could look at what they're eating, they could be graced with the marvelous tastes that are known as kinder suprises.

Kinder Eggs! LOL!!
As Bill Bailey would say - "Crap Chocolate and Crap Toy" - a double whammy of disappointment. The ads in the 80s, with the freaky egg thing - crikey, I still bear those mental scars today.

What about Wispa bars - do you have those if you have Cadbury chocolate?

Forget the Aero bar, this is one of the best textured chocolate bars on the market:

While these are all English treats, I've seen quite a few of them in my local "high end" candy shops. The chocolate that is, the Percy Pigs are non-existent in these parts.

LOL... No I don't. :) I honestly have never seen them, in fact the only time i've seen flake or aero bars was while stationed in the uk. Then again I haven't looked that hard. But deff not @ my local supermarket.

kinder eggs weren't bad chocolate! I used to love those. Once or twice the toys weren't bad, and in the giant kinder egg I got a chicken that when you pulled a lever in the tail it pooped out little eggs. Probably the best kinder toy I got

I got a package from family in Brighton yesterday. Along with a nice Xmas card came a special treat - 4 bags of Percy Pigs! YAY, I'm set for at least the next week.
