I also need portfolio material... I don't know when it became worth it, but okay!

Obviously since these are free, no support. You'll get the icon as a png 512x512 and a png 57x57... Each in two variants, one with the mask apple puts on icons by default (for you to oggle at, of course), and one without it.

If you are just looking for portfolio material, this is just a suggestion, but why dont you make new icons for current top apps / games that dont really have such a good icon at the moment. Just make sure you dont use any copyrighted material in the process.

If I'm looking for an icon artist and I see new icons made for current top apps, I might think: "Well.. That actually looks better than the offficial icon."

Hmmm, you could do an icon for my upcoming (ok, it won't be out until GameSalad gets out of beta, which is... well, who knows) game. I'd have to give you a screenshot of the gameplay to show you what I'm looking for, though, and the file I had the game in got screwed up for some reason. If I get one of the devs to help me get it running again, I'll PM you ;)

If you're still bored, I'm looking for a new icon for my app, Photo Shooter (http://goplaysoftware.com/goplay/?page_id=85), that would look more professional and polished than what I currently have.

Photo Shooter is an app that you take a photo and shoot it with paintballs and airsoft. There are many more weapon types coming. Currently, the icon is a green paintball splatter.
