Best Platformer: Word around is Rolando 2 (http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=321084051&mt=8), but I haven't put together $10 to buy it yet. Probably will in a month or two once I'm paid again.

Best Vertical Shooter: rRootage (http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=294029568&mt=8). Get it.

Best RPG: Zenonia (http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=316720410&mt=8) with Rogue Touch (http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=303471870&mt=8) being one of my favorites.

"I Love Katamari" is honestly still at the top of my list. Zenonia is a great RPG. The Quest is one of the best also. Galaxy on Fire is a great RPG and my personal favorite. Rolando, Rolando 2, Castle of Magic, and Assassin'sCreed are all great platformers. Cube is the best FPS. BIA, Caster, and the upcoming Minigore are the best TPS. Dexter will be the best Nu School adventure. PayBack and upcoming Gang$tar are the best crime sandbox games for the iPhone. The best artillery game for now is Star Hogs, but Worms will be way better when it reaches it's full potential. The TD games I like the best are Star Defense and Crystal Defenders, though they may be the most expensive. The best racing game is either Need for Speed or Real Racing. The best online games are Epic Pet Wars, Bomber Online, Dinosmash Online, NgMoco's upcoming FPS, and F.A.S.T. And that's all I got.

I would say 9 Innings: Pro Baseball 2009 is at least as good or better than Baseball Sluggers and it's too early for me to comment on Power Pros Touch.
I would add GeoDefense to the Tower Defense slot.
Scoops is a good, simple game, as is DrawRace.
Personally, I would leave out zombie games from the list, as there aren't currently enough good ones to matter.
Not a single Time Management game?!? How about Sally's Salon or Cake Mania 3?
Word Games constitute a massive genre. Bookworm is one of my favorites.
Logic Puzzles should be included. I like Jabeh.
Rhythm Games, I'd go with Dance Dance Revolution S, with an honorable mention to BeatRider (programmatic levels will never be as good as crafted levels, but the fact that you can you use your entire music library deserves a mention).
Best Board Game, Aya Go.
Best Card Game, Orions: Legend of Wizards.
Galcon still deserves to be on any best of list.
Most creative game would probably go to Zen Bound.
Best use of the platform could go to Eliss, although there are plenty of others.
