Statistics for iPhone/iPod model ownership

Are there any statistic available for what percentage of iPhones/iPod touches are of a given model? That is, what percentage of iPhones are 1G vs 3G vs 3GS, and what percentage of iPod touches are 1st vs 2nd gen?

Also, can any developers out there provide such statistics for their games?

Doubt anyone has stats on it except maybe apple itself. I say you should make a poll on what device everyone has.

A popular app (~100K downloads) with analytics could make a projection of what those numbers might be.

AdMob Metrics (http://metrics.admob.com/) releases percentages of iPhone vs. iPod Touch devices around the world. It isn't by model, but the figures are kind of interesting.
