Freelance Developer needed

Hello, I know I posted something like this a while ago but I have an all-new app idea, and I am just looking for someone who could work with me and have fun programming it. The idea could make lots of people happy and possibly rake in lots of money. I don't have much money, so I'm looking for someone who would just want to have fun programming and see where it goes. This is a sprite of a character. They're little underwater creatures called Blinks, and they're virtual pets, responding to your touch. They're almost a cross between a jellyfish, a planarian flatworm, and a teddy bear.
