Yes it is linked to appshopper. So if a price change or something hasn't been updated on appshopper, it won't reflect in this setup either.

A few more suggestion here if possible:-

Add app icon too in the description.
Add the iTunes link on top of the screenshots(preferably in the appname itself) instead of the bottom of the description.
Also add appshopper games link here so that it`ll be easier for someone if he wants to add the game to his appshopper wishlist or to check out price/update history.
Allow the use of toucharcade/appshopper links with this tag instead of direct iTunes link. This will reduce another step here and will make it possible for someone to use with their iPhones too coz afaik there is no way to find the iTunes link if you are on the iPhone.
Clickable screenshots. Sometimes these screenshots are a mix of portrait and landscape ones, which changes the position of next pic link you have over these screenshots. Though its not too difficult to move your mouse a couple of milimeters but still it`d make things even better if you could simply click on the screenshots to see the next pic instead to looking for the next pic button.
