That's fairly normal for smaller blogs in order to combat spam. (Believe me, it can be a massive problem on public blogs with instant posting.)

I just used my GMail account on the assumption that having one is sufficient. (I don't have a Blogger account, don't use AIM, and their "Wordpress" thing is for WordPress-hosted blogs, not self-hosted ones.)

We are going to have bonus tiles in the update that will add time to your clock. This will help you keep it going. Also the accelerometer weaving in the update will allow for so many more word linking possibilities!
