Occasionally, developers have an opportunity to share more about a title than what's provided as "entertainment value" by the game itself. We'd like to take a second to do so now, and also offer a few free downloads of our latest title: KIL.A.TON.

As a thanks to the TA community, we're giving away 3 free codes as a reward for correctly answering one of the below game trivia questions.

One response per person only, please. :)

Trivia theme: our influences, in making KIL.A.TON.

1) In our promotional materials, the following tag-line was used: "On worlds where life is cheap, death has its price!". Which iconic film opening does this quote pay homage to?

2) In this classic, visually impressive, black-and-white wartime film, a tank crew attempts to survive in a ruthless arid environment. What's the tank's "name" from the above unnamed film?

3) The star system Alpha Centauri may actually consist of how many main sequence stars, gravitationally bound together?

Good Luck!

Addendum: Trivia Results, Thanks everyone who responded! The correct answers are:

1) For a Few Dollars More... the iconic Sergio Leone picture about ruthless bounty hunters. Congrats to Shermy808 for the first correct response.

2) LuLubelle, from the movie Sahara starring the great Humphrey Bogart. Congrats to DevilishlyGood

3) 3. Alpha Centauri A/B are a binary star system that appear to be a single bright star to the naked eye. Proxima Centauri (sometimes referred to as Centauri C) is a dim red-dwarf that is distinct in the sky, but close enough to be thought in a far, slow orbit around the binary pair. However, direct observations have yet to prove this definitively. Congrats to killy_billy

Indeed :) I made a specific effort to use questions that were not immediately, or obviously, answerable via a cursory Google search...

When Google appeared to give away too much, I attempted to ask the question in a way that didn't provide too much search engine "fuel", unless the participant filled in some gaps.

I hope they worked, at least to some degree, without being too oblique.

Otherwise, we may have to try something else, as the internets appear to have reduced trivia in general, to a Google-reflex test :p

My problem was I googled about a movie with a tank in the desert and eventually got Sahara. I posted the name of the tank and thought it was right, but a post above me said The Steel Lady which when I searched appeared to be the correct answer. So I changed my answer and said nevermind.
