Image stuck on computer screen?

So i forgot to sign my name on something so real quick i opened up paint.
I went up to file and then hovered over open. I pressed open. The open bar was still their. I closed out of paint and on my desktop the bar that says open is still on my screen!

If you haven't fixed it already (or for future reference)...

Press ctrl+alt+delete and find the process called explorer.exe, right click it and choose "End Process". Then go to File, New Task (Run...), type "explorer.exe" then cilck OK. Should do the trick.
