Best way to get new music quickly and for free (though, know it is illegal, not that anyone ever gets caught. Millions of people do it): Torrents

Download a torrent client such as BitTorrent (www.bittorrent.com) and then go to any site that hosts torrents (isohunt.org, thepiratebay.org, mininova.org).
Search for what you want, like "Streetlight Manifesto Somewhere in the Between" and pick something with a lot of seeds. Hit the "Download Torrent" button and let it do its thing. Free music/movies/software, whatever.

It takes some getting used to, but you should try it. I had no idea what I was doing for like a week; I had to figure it out all on my own. But now I use it all the time.
