Unable to write reviews on itunes

First off I apologize if i'm posting in the wrong thread, i'm sort of new to this o_o. Anyway, The topic kind of says it all, when itunes asks me to sign in to write a review, i type the password correctly and itunes just gives me the login pop up again, and it continues to do this till the end of time.

Now, my question is quite obvious: how do i go about fixing this issue?

Itunes acts weird sometimes. Usually goes away after a while.

I've been having this problem for the past 6 months or so. The only way I can write a review is through my device. I wish they would fix this.

Yea, thats the situation here too
