If this article's information is correct, Atari actually bought Breakout from Steve Jobs for $5,000 back in 1976!! (last sentence of the second paragraph: http://crackberry.com/rim-winning-legal-game-against-atari-brickbreaker-dispute ). How ironic!

Devs, seriously, you're not breaking any Copyrights, you're all breaking Trademarks.

Pong is a Trademark of Atari, on that reason alone they yank your game out of the face of this earth.

Stop infringing on Trademarks, be creative on how you name your games. These devs are relying on name recognition on products of other game companies for their own gain. They can easily re-upload these games with a different name, and be safe.

the games arent leaving the store they just changed the name, i think
