My ipod touch sync problem

My itouch when install or delete games/apps Using itunes everytime need to take around 10 min - 15min to sync it..what is the problem? :confused:

Sync everyday. 10-15 min isn't that bad, I've had it take 2+ hours after neglecting to sync for a month or so.

if I had to wait that long I'd think something was wrong with my iPod.
i sync everyday so my backups take just a few seconds

Disable backups from itunes.

my backup not slow. just after delete or install one game, at the end "sync in progress" there is take around 10 - 15min...
