ipod touch syncing gone wrong?

well, i just got a promo code for a game and redeemed it and it downloaded all the way, well i sync my ipod touch to my comp. and i dont see the new game on my ipod touch im like wtf and i have ipod touch 1st gen with 2.2 software 16G and i have like 1.9g left, what the problem need help!

That happens to me sometimes.
Unplug it and plug it in again and if it doesn't start syncing go to your app folder and make sure it's ticked then hit sync.
