+1 on the hellfire crap...
playing all the way from Singapore, some days are laggy as shit, took me awhile to get 7500 honestly with vap and mag pro, no farming at all. Then hellfire came, dropped me to 6800... pissed as hell.
Then I bought hellfire pro... made 7800 again in just a few sitting, easy as hell, just spam the general area of your enemy.

Grenade Launcher in every aspect. Not my style of weapon in the least bit. People like to blast me with it in co-op so they can get the boss kill and is a bit bothersome because the grenade blast can send you pretty far. :mad:


@zwillyc there is a strategy for all maps. I tend to never stay still and with that being said in co-op I die twice at most in the new factory map. There are plenty of places to post as well. ;)

So unfair; Just played 3 times in a row against a guy named vacation. His lag was incredible unfair :( . I am now level 19 and these were the only 3 matches I lost for now.

The guys from NgMoco should really implement a max Ping rate. I do mot know which rate is Ipod standart, but on my PC I play Cs with a ping of 20 and his guy looks like he plays with Far more than 500.

I dont want to be too slow because as is, I'm good with my strafing so I can dodge a good majority of projectiles. I guess that leaves me with Assault, Offworlder, or Albatross? Not feeling Tanker armor to much...


EDIT: I use Vaporizer and Hook as my sub for co op if that helps.

Yeah, my main grind is those two. I have a co op grind wish list that I hope comes to life sometime:

- Elite Skin.

- Antimatter Jet (for co op purposes).

Sounds like a good setup. I get solo missions alot as well. I'm not a fan of the RL's nor Hellfires(just not my style) so that's why I'm going to go with the Antimatter to compliment my Vaporizer. I should have endless option's for co op once I get 2 more armors on my list maxed (Assault and either my Airborne I got a very long time ago or my Albatross that I haven't touched that I want to max for jump maneuverability...not sure which one after I max Assault?).

I have 3 maxed out armors and a bunch of elite proto skins/proto armors that are fun to pick and choose. What armor(s) do you mainly co op with?

alright wth.. this connection interupted thing is pssin me off.. i lost energy and mag rail proto uses cause i got the connection interupted message for the whole game..
this isnt like my previous ones where i could actually take a step and shoot..
this one was
joins game.. connection interupted for the whole 3/5 minutes however long it goes for..
then it shows how many mag rail proto uses i still have while it still showing the connection interupted message.. 30 seconds later.. you have lost connection

What Happened to this thread? Like I kno alot of people didn't like terrorist, and all of the flame wars that happened while he was here, but since like all of cell has been banned, this place is a graveyard. At least when we were all here, there were a ton of people here posting and asking questions, and as long as they were good quetions, they got answered. Not stuff like I've seen in the last 2 pages of the thread. I would have to say, although the mods think they are doing a good job by getting rid of the hot heads, they are doing more damage by removing the best, most knowledgable players here or on elim in general.

I don't c Kobe Bryant getting banned from the NBA because he is an Ill tempered player, you have to see past the small stuff and see that there is good to be had from having a little bad around...

Here I am, with my standard rifle gun almost fully upgraded beeing shot down constantly by the same ranks but they bought the proto version for 92 wich expires after 6 matches. I'm gonna agree with you there Prozak. As much as I love the mechanics of the game, the weapon balancing system has been going downhill at a ridiculous rate. Ever since the Mag, there's very little weapon balance. I just wish Ngmoco would stop releasing new things and make sure what they already have implemented is as good as it can get.

Get a Vaporizer and you won't have that trouble below 55(or after for that case). ;)

I would say it's like the mag rail pro but with higher damage, a MUCH higher rate-of-fire and a MUCH smaller Ammo clip (base starts with 5 rounds). But it reloads VERY fast which kinda makes up for it. Accuracy over distance seems basically the same.

After like 6 games of global I don't perform as well as I do with the Mag, but I think I need to upgrade it (played with base level) and get used to it more. In short, it's worth the purchase and I think it has a lot of potential in the right hands.

Whether it will actually dominate the mag in the long run is a tough call at this point, but I think it's a possibility if used effectively.

its like a vaporizer with beams of 5-7 bullets and non stop action.
its very powerfull if upgraded a bit.
but if fully upgraded i think it doesnt matter much if u chose mag or magorizer(ripper).

I'll just stay with the hellfire and mag rail for now, anyways, I lack the funds, I doubt I can go from 69 to 4050 credits so quickly.
So far, I've beaten everyone with a ripper with the hellfire, it still seems as if the hellfire is the cheapest thing and easiest(although noobish) way to go. I'll stick to using it until I get to level 83 and max my mag.

You won't see me in Eliminate! I quit 1 or 2 weeks ago. It got boring and I was pissed off of all the bugs, glitches, bashers and lags. I stopped at 9343 skill (low, but okay). I already deleted Eliminate, so I can't play.

Man I took full advantage of this 10min. recharge while it lasted. I have leveled my main account almost 3 levels and finished upgrading an armor (off to upgrading my next weapon for co op purposes).

My noob account is coming along very smooth and leveling like a champ. It's a good change to re-strategize with full knowledge and completely different equipment from my main.

Nope...it does not suck in the least bit. I want it for its all around versatility. It's 2nd fastest next to the infiltrator as well as has great jumping ability(2nd best to Airborne). Best of both worlds is what I'm aiming for so I can hit from all angles on the fly as well as still be able to move fast. I have Airborne on my noob acct. so I know what to expect with a little less jump...it should be perfect.

I have every other armor I currently need on my main so I think it will be a great addition as an all around versatile armor opposed to specific. It's only fall-back is it's cost to upgrade.

My Airborne on my noob acct owns on that level as far as versatility goes. Very much needed outside level. I hope to see more implemented be that as of right now it is instantly one of my favorite levels to play on.

They are both great weapons. Hurricane is good to run up on someone balls out as well as mid for straight spraying. Vaporizer is good at mid to far range and is for the more accurate. They both would work well equipped at the same time.

I know what you mean. I pretty much go co op on my main (even though my main performs perfectly well in PvP) and with my knowledge from trial and error I do PvP on my secondary. It works out good. Make use of completely different equips on it too. I've taken a lot of liking to my secondary employee setup. :cool:

I just got the Menacer: its a mine thrower. But the worst part is the shots don't stay very long, only like 3 seconds. So it kinda makes it suk tactically. The other problem is that the shots don't go very far before disappering. However, it does seem strong, high fire rate and reload time. Havn't used it in pvp yet.

Overall, I'm disappointed. The mines should stay much longer; they could make it so you could shoot the mines before running into them, or you can only lay one clip's worth

I just got the Menacer: its a mine thrower. But the worst part is the shots don't stay very long, only like 3 seconds. So it kinda makes it suk tactically. Or, you can face pvp and his menacer and get the crap beaten out of you. Quite deadly if you know how to use it right.

At the rate ngmoco is going with the current updating...I'm sure we may see stuff like that in due time. I personally would like a Gunblade type of weapon that is good for melee to close/mid range at the least:

Lol wow.. I can't even connect to eliminate.. Elminate is like an issue to my iPhone.. The more update they put.. The more problems we bump into. Still dissappointed in that shield on the new map. I don't know if you did the survey they had a lil while ago, but one question they had really got me hoping.....something like "if we were to make a new fps what would you like" I really hope they do make a new fps similar to eliminate :)

I honestly just want them to keep added additional content. Weapons, Armors, Maps, Team Deathmatch, 4 player co-op, Adventure mode(online/offline), Bigger bosses in co-op, Scenario's, Challenge Modes, etc... They have endless possibilities.

It would make them more money, and It would make me happy that I can keep it all in one app! :D

Im liking the warehouse map! Its a pain for farming but lots of fun in PvP! :D tempting to actually upgrade my albatross armour for it, but I'm putting my creds into Assault for Co-op right now.

They've really been putting out a lot of content for eliminate recently, I'm impressed. Especially since they brought back the full armoury of guns for a lil while just as I was approaching 55, really encouraged me to burn through some cells and pick up a hurricane Pro. It might not be the best but it sure is fun.

Yeah, you really haven't played for a while. The Vap still requires skill to use effectively, the guys that are skillful with it are still 'overpowered'

Its all the mags, and the noobtubing hellfires/titans/RL kids you gotta watch out for. And recharge time is back to being 120mins.

Yeah the Warehouse has been a great addition. I ended up picking up a Menacer for co-op and I have to say, I love it! It works good paired with either my Vaporizer or hook. Still waiting for the Albatross to come back(so I can have a Jumper on my main). I have a good amount of credits saved up till then. Still one of my top games.

I get the warehouse very often in both PvP and co-op. Its a pretty open map, very good to navigate through with either Airborne or Albatross. It's a good mix of lifts, ledges, and corners to cut. Fairly nice in size too.
