Appstore mess up!!!!!

Hey guys, My app store is showing these apps that no one has ever heard of as the top 25. Do you know what is wrong? No PG PD there is Christmas Shopping List Waveboard. WHAT IS WRONG!!!!!!

EDIT: I FIXED IT BY EXITING OUT! I would still like to know what was wrong though...
