iPod touch 2g price drop?

I have just recently sold my 1st gen ipod touch, and am going to buy a 2nd gen one. the question I have is whether or not a price drop is likely during macworld. I am so sad that I am ipod-less right now, but don't want to spend 230 on a new ipod and find out it drops to 200 only days later. Do you guys think a price drop is practical? And if I bring it back to the store, will they give me money back (If it goes on sale). THX!

Nothing to confirm any new ipods at this time so I don't see why a price drop would happen in the next few weeks
Most stores have some policy of price protection if bought within 2 weeks to 1 month as long as you still have your receipt...

No one knows. You can either wait or check out best buy. They have a 16 gb touch for the price apple sells a 8 gb I think.

P.S: how much did u sell it for? I want to sell my old one on eBay too
