With the amount of new members coming onto the board, it most likely wont stop. And this thread kind of adds to it, im sorry to say it.

What bothers me most are the "should I buy this or that"-thread, where "this" and "that" are completly different games, like Pac-Man vs. Raging Thunder. I just don't get why they ask this question :).

That's like asking in a restaurant if I should eat pizza or drink a glass of milk.

I'd go for the pizza- every time. Especially if you're lactose intolerant ;)

Should I reply to this thread even though I have nothing to add?
I wish I could make this a poll, now I have no idea what to do.

How many threads do we need like this one?

We all know that those threads are annoying, but all we can do is have mods remind new users about the rules, or delete the posts.

In before this thread is deleted...

You call that an in before? inb4using"inb4"notinbefore

But, on topic, the main cause of these threads is people being too lazy to search for reviews/other threads about the games.

But really you aren't going to stop it, the best you can do is delete the thread really. Or ban the user... But that's a bit far-off. :)

Yeah but my pizza has always had time to mature in the kitchen for several days before I eat it, so the cheese ends up being more of a furry carpet than anything related to dairy.

Are we going off topic slightly? Ah bugger it!

Who's to say what "evening" is...

Indeed- wasn't it Moses himself who looked upon the burning bush and said "lo, stuff this- I'm having a night out with the lads"?

I think we need more threads like this- where people can talk utter twoddle and get away with it! Those are reserved for the Lounge though I suppose.

Who's to say Moses was a "he"...
