purchase referrer

Just out of curiosity, can you guys (devs) track the referrers when someone purchase your app? Say, can you know if it's from website A, ad banner B or from the 'buy full version' button in your game?

Nope, at least not through iTunes Connect.

All we know is which country/currency they bought it under.
