DLC question

If i bought DLC for one of my devices, can I use it on another device?
EXAMPLE: If i bought jon gore kid on minigore can i get it on another device?

Not sure but you might be able to... but I think that both devices may need to be on the same account and don't know whether you can do that. Far as I know, DLC is tied to your iTunes account. I downloaded a DLC pack for Pandorum, deleted the game, put it back on and the DLC was gone. I was worried about being charged twice, but I found out that wasn't the case b/c it's tied to iTunes.
