In a nutshell, this would be a place to share your creatures like it's big brother.

Eh? Do you like the idea?

Getting a feel for whether or not this is something you would be interested in.

Feel free to reply with your thoughts

Also, if something like this already exists, please point me to it. Thx!

Are there iPhone SPORE's on spore.com? Didn't think there was, maybe I need to recheck?

That would be cool I guess. I currently hold a record here; a wallpaper thread I made got 1000+ posts. I'm looking forwards to see if this idea tops me.

My suggestion is to make a thread.

That's a good idea, however a thread doesn't allow for things like user voting/rating and viral options to share offsite. The idea I'm envisioning would (ideally) include those this way we could do fun things like contests and such based on user ratings.

Otherwise, was thinking a Flickr set. This would definitely work, just be a little labor intensive if it actually got off the ground. Which goes back to my original question, is this a cool idea?

Food for thought...

Mr. Law I think this is an awesome idea. For those who have the game,(I think you all have tried to make sure everyone has a copy.LOL, thanks) I think it extends replayability and would give a unique interactive spin to owning the game.

Just my thoughts. I'm glad you guys are paving the way to making this a "viable gaming platform", not just tossing that statement around hoping it catches on. I proudly support current EA games on my device(Spore Origins, SimCity), and will do so with future EA games as well.

Thanks again, Glad to see you back.

Apologies for the double post.

Just wanted to add: if the site could have the "iPhone version" option that would be fantastic.

I feel confident in saying that EA realizes the power and potential of the iPhone as a gaming platform and plans to fully support development on it. It's been an incredible time this past year for us and I'm very excited at what's coming down the pike.

I think this is a good idea, and would provide some initial entertainment - the only issue I see is that there really isn't that much possible variation between creatures, unlike the full computer game, so it might get old fast.

This would be fun if we had the full game of Spore on the iPhone, not the worst part of the full game.. There are only so many variations of the cell stage you can have, so i don't think it would be that interesting.

Variation was something I was concerned with as well. Appreciate the feedback.
