I find a strange issue that NOVA is currently having 501 ratings but has 549 comments, how could it happen?

No, it IS strange. How come there are 549 comments but only with 501 ratings. Can you even able to leave a comment on itune without giving a rate?

Yes..I read your first post, no need to bold anything. I don't think you have to rate it to review it. Why does it matter? Oh wait, it doesn't.

I think so. I don't leave comments on iTunes so I wouldn't know.

Don't know how could do that since I'm getting "You have to rate" warning message if I just post my review without rating on itune.

I just feel it's strange...it seems someone is able to review without giving a rate
