ive never jailbroken my device, but recently, my in-device wifi has stopped registering the wifi in my residence. I was able to browse before. please help!!!

Are you using OS 3.1.2? :confused:
A lot of people who are using that OS seem to be having problems with wifi.

Going to update now and see if it's fixed...I really miss my wifi :(

Okay, so my wifi is still down. Maybe I broke my antennae or something.

I think something wrong may be with local hot-spot configuration.

Go to Wi-Fi, find desired hot-spot and tap little blue arrow on the right and tap button "Forget this network". Then turn off Wi-Fi, turn it on again and choose local hot-spot.

On the other hand, if it won't work, go to Springboard>Setting>Reset>Reset network settings.
Your device will reboot and after that - try again to connect with desired network.
