Anyone? Maybe ran one recently? Anyone run a full-on marathon? If so, you are god to me. I'm running a 5k this weekend with a couple friends. This is around my 6th or 7th one including cross-country. Finally reaching the finish line makes me feel like such a boss, and I really like collecting t-shirts :p Gotta get up at 6:30 though to register since I found out about it pretty late. It's all good, though. So, yeah... discuss?

I've been running all my life. I'd like to think I'm pretty good I run all distances pretty much, from mini marathon down. My dad does marathons though. In fact, he's running the Boston marathon in April. I'm actually a Nike product tester for running shoes so I get to run in all kinds of shoes, which is cool.
So yeah I pretty much love running.
And don't worry about your times. Just keep racing and keep working and the goals will be reached.

I haven't really ran much since my simester of PE ended but my uncle ran a marathon just a couple months ago. He finished 3rd. Also New Mexico is much higher in elevation than where he usually runs. That's pretty crazy, I think with the elevation difference I would have passed out :D

The only time I run is when i'm running from my checkered past. Well that, and my constant urge to kill toddlers and the elderly.

Just got back from my 5k. It was cold, but I got a sweet t-shirt. That's honestly the only reason I ran it; for the shirt.
