Jailbreak iPod Touch 1G 8 Gig 3.1.3 With All Data Intact?

Hey, I haven't found any clarification on this.

Pretty much, I've decided to jailbreak my iPod, but I have 3.1.3 installed on my iPod, is it possible for me to Jailbreak, without downgrading (which from what I've read is impossible at this point) and still have all my music/apps/settings, etc? I want a jailbreak with no restore, is this possible?

Since you have the 1G you can use redsn0w an you only have to put it in DFU mode, but I think you can keep everything on it
