Cleaning a MacBook Keyboard.

Seeing RttaM's thread, that's got me wondering. What's the best way to clean a MacBook keyboard of hair, dust, and a few food crumbs? Vacuum? Blowing? Other?
And thank god I didn't spill birch beer on mine.

For dust I just use a rag and some endust. :D

Gatorade is just as bad as Birch Beer. :)

I know it looks like a sex toy, but apparently it works well.
