Street Fighter IV - Fire Hadouken Help?

Ryu has done a FIREY RED hadouken before in game... and I've only managed to do it like twice. Is there any specific way to replicate the move? So far I'm only seeing blue hadoukens now, but I know that red ones are possible, and they do more damage and set the opponent on fire. If anyone knows how to do it it'd be great if you can tell me.
