Creating AppStore Links

Sorry, I know this is a basic question, but how do you create links to AppStore items? I tried searching the forum and didn't come up with anything, which is probably a result of not using the right search criteria.

I believe you right click the icon in which you want to link and hit copy URL.

Well if you search for the app on AppShopper; put a /link on the link. Example:

If you search Enigmo and click on it you get this link:

http://appshopper.com/games/enigmo

for the link do this:

http://appshopper.com/link/enigmo

Thanks, Dio, that exactly what I wanted to know. That's an interesting tip as well, dannys95. Is there any benefit (other than brevity of the link) to using the AppShopper method? I assume AppShopper isn't nearly as comprehensive as the AppStore itself, right?

Some people prefer the link to be going out to appshopper because it's easier to access on more computers.

For example on my laptop I hate the appstore links because I don't have iTunes, so I can't check out the link. But with appshopper link I can access it and view it's description and everything.
