the priority right now is obviously on the ipad given its just launching today...but, there is no need to worry given the huge install base of iphone users.

Right. I'm sure there were specific instructions given to the app review team to focus primarily on iPad related apps. Apple wants to launch a new piece of hardware with as many applications as possible.

Aside from wanting to rule the world, Apple is mostly concerned with the iPad for now. So unfortunately its probably going to be another week in my honest opinion.

It could also be longer aside from the fact that the iPad with the AT&T Data Plans won't be released until later this month.

Unless the iPad is a complete failure in the coming months things are not going to go back to the way they were. Until the iPhone HD the iPad is most likely going to get review process priority.

Right now Im fairly early on in the game and the missions are linear so far. Once the game opens up a bit this will be great.

I ask because some of the reviews I read in the App Store say that the framerate can get bad at times.

As well if you watch closely the video posted the other day by Kotaku, you can see a little frame loss. Though that could have been because of a shity transfer.

I'm worried because if the iPad is having problems, what does that say about the Touch/iPhone version?

Zerg

I've been playing this all day. It's a lot of fun! I'm not sure about the framerate complaints..its runs smooth as butter for me. I'm probably 8 hours into it. Highly recommended!

Here's a review of Warpgate that I posted on another forum, due to my time playing the beta version and also the Ipad version.

I think the game is pretty damn impressive. All of what I consider the essential aspects of a Escape Velocity game I think they got down. The economy is actually dynamic. You will notice that prices for items for a sector will fall or rise depending on how you've been trading. Like Escape Velocity, paying attention to news items will help you discover good deals ("famine wipes out food supply thus jacking food prices through the roof"). In fact if there's one complaint that I have is that, at least in the beta, sometimes the deals were a little bit too insane. Like selling an item more than twice the amount you purchased. Also, sometimes you'll pick up cargo that has expensive items, and if you wait for a great deal before selling, you can make an insane killing even in the near beginning of the game. I had barely encountered the second faction and went from $10,000 to $1,000,000 in the span of about ten minutes just due to the cargo I got. I'm not sure if they've fixed the balance on that.

The only downside to the market is that because they focused so much on making a true dynamic economy, there aren't that many items you can purchase in the market for each planet. (There are a total of six items per planet, though I'm not sure of the total number of items available in the entire galaxy. I'm guessing around 50 or so.)

Like Escape Velocity, Warpgate has a faction system, with branching storylines depending on which factions you support. I don't believe that Warpgate has distinct individual storylines like Escape Velocity: Nova did, but you can choose to side with certain factions over others (although I think you're forced to do quests for certain factions to progress through the storyline whether you want to help them or not). Siding with factions will affect your reputation, and close off or open certain quests and storylines to you. Again though I'm not sure if there's only major storyline, or different distinct ones (ala Nova), as I never finished the game.

I only got briefly into the third faction before stopping the game (unintentionally as I accidently wiped out my saves), so I can't comment too much on the story. I can say that the various races are very well thought out, with distinct backgrounds and motives. In fact the backstory of this game is extremely detailed for an iPhone game. The designer of the game took great care in really fleshing out the universe and the backstory of the various races. Land on a planet and you'll get a brief history of that planet and also a bit more into the history of the overall universe. And each race has very distinct and quite interesting motivations. If you liked playing Escape Velocity because of the exploration aspect, discovering more about the history of the universe and the various races, then you'll love this. It's that excitement to discover something new about the universe, and my interest in the various races, that really makes playing the game compelling for me.

The only real major downside is that the combat is not really manual. Once you enter the combat zone the only ability you have is to fire weapons. There's no manual ability around and dodging enemy fire like you see in Escape Velocity or Star Control. There is a bit more strategic thinking though in terms of weapons load out and what weapons to fire then it initially appears though. But anyone hoping for an action combat game like Escape Velocity or Star Control is going to be disappointed.

If anyone else has any other questions let me know.

I think so. It has many of the element that makes Escape Velocity so fun, finding the best trade routes, uncovering the history of the universe, discovering races, intriguing story, factional warfare. It's got that thrill of finally being able to purchase that super death machine you've had your eye on and feeling like you're master of the universe.

But as I said, don't go in expecting the kind of combat you find in EV. Also I think you can only have one ship at a time. So no building up an armada like EV.

Without spoiling anything, is there anything as intriguing and mysterious as the Velos storyline? ie. are there many surprises or do you pretty much know from the outset who the various players are and what they're about?

The Velos made Nova imo.

I can't say whether any storyline approaches the Velos one with certainty since as I said I quit probably half-way through the game, but I can definitely say that races aren't always what you expect them to be.

And yea the Velos storyline was awesome.

Now I've got an urge to play EV:Nova again.

Regardless of anyone's justification, I can't help but be ticked off that iPhone hasn't seen a release yet. It would have been a day one purchase for me, but now that I see how iPhone users are going to be thrown under the bus for the shiny new iPad, I don't really think I want it anymore. Seems like most of the best iPhone OS games are just going to go to the iPad. Instead of carrying one device when out and about, Apple expects me to carry two (one of which will never fit in my pants pocket).... that's just great. If I wanted to carry a laptop or tablet PC I already would (and have a whole range of great games for free). The point of the iPhone was not having to carry more than one device. If the good games are just going to hit iPad exclusively, then I'll probably be forced to give up on iPhone eventually.

Because I'm very angry, and impotent to do anything about it, that's why. :(

IPhone is my favorite handheld gaming platform, since I know that I will always have it on me, whether at school, work or standing in line at the post office. The iPad just doesn't have a place in my daily happenings and requires the carrying of a bulky second device. I cannot imagine pulling it out in line for a quick play, and the only place I imagine playing with it would be at home, which seems utterly pointless. Now, all of that would be fine, and I would perfectly happy with never buying an iPad, but when the iPad starts hurting my iPhone experiences, it starts to upset me.

Thanks for the reply Blackwolf, just one last question. From the sounds of it it seems as if you have been playing the game for some time. And as such you may have seen some of the mid to end game stuff: badass weapons, big ships, intriguing plots.

So i was wondering what the games like in the high level stuff. Big epic fights? Branching story? Does the frame rate stay stable with a lot of enemies firing at you? Does it become too easy to make money?

Again thanks for the info.

All this for because you must wait 10 days longer than the device of your scorn... for a game you've waited so long already to play? Not to mention a delay that the developer had nothing to do with? Wow.

You're talking about exclusivity when you know that isn't the case here. You're pissy because somebody got a new game before you. Deal. Or to be more precise, deal better.

In sol there's a few pirates who try to warp in and harass the Jupiter and Saturn areas. You could take out a few of them and sell the cargo.

There's also a few trade runs inside Sol. My favorite is to trade Biotics between Mars and Pluto.

Also, anyone who is getting a choppy frame rate, can you post your Pad specs? We got about 12 iPads here in the office now, and on one of them the game did run choppy and we couldn't figure it out. From what I have played the combat is basically non-existent. Yes you get to pick weapons for your ship but you control nothing during battles. You just press which weapon button to fire, and watch the ships fly around.

Tons of back and forth questing is a drag for me as well. I mean I have to go through 3 / 4 portals to do a task and than go back through 3/4 to return it.. Just seems a bit boring unless your a hardcore space trader type of person.

Graphics are good, and I hate that ever time I warp out of a portal I have to re-arrange the screen so I can see where Im going.

Why would someone anticipate something for months, then when it does get released force their will to ignore it out of spite? Release dates could be annoying at times, but does it justify your energy towards anger?

Don't get me wrong, videogames are an obsession of mine - but I guess I'm not on par with some TA members. Funny part is iPhone OS 4 is being released first on iPhone so I guess disgruntled iPad users are making this same argument in a bizarro TA iPad world.

I know what you're saying, and despite my frustration at the wait, I'm sure I'll buy Warpgate because I'm still going to want it.

The difference between Warpgate and OS4, though, is that Warpgate for the iPhone was announced almost a year ago, long before the iPad was even announced. Warpgate for the iPhone was (according to reports) slowed so that the iPad version could be readied. Warpgate for the iPad then came out without a simaltaneous iPhone release due to a review slowdown. And now Warpgate for the iPhone is ready for release, but it's being held an additional few days for a Tuesday release. So iPhone gamers have been anticipating the game for a lot longer than iPad gamers.

Is it a big deal? Not really. But I do hate waiting and I can understand the frustration others feel. Will I still buy the game? Ya. Like I said, I'll still want it, and I understand that making games is a business and Freeverse is doing what they think makes the most sense for their business. Have I agreed with all of their decision? No. But it's their company.

All the iPad work was very good for iPhone Warpgate, it got a lot of the stuff, such as the game works normal and upside down (for people who don't like the headphones on the bottom).

It is very open-ended. You basically fly a ship around exploring space. You can land on planets to do missions for various factions. It's also a trading game in that a primary source of income is generated by buying goods on one planet and selling on another. You use cash to upgrade to bigger ships with more firepower.

It's open ended in that you can choose to follow any faction you want, or you can say **** it and build the biggest baddest ship you can and kill everyone in your path.

I haven't played Warpgate yet, but FieldRunners sucks in my opinion. There is no depth to the tower purchase/upgrade system.

I'm making one more purchase this week and it's a toss up between this and FieldRunners - I can't buy both right now- already spent WAY too much on apps since launch.

I love space strategy games and I equally love tower defense games... any preference? Which screams longevity? :-)

Jcat if you want the BEST TD game there is, grab The Creeps. Hands down the best TD..nothing comes close. Esp not fieldrunners. IMHO, Fieldrunners is one of the worst I have ever played.

I have the iTouch version and you're right, it's one of my favorites, if not my fav but I read the iPad version is just a graphical boost. It actually looks awesome in 2X mode so I didn't go for the HD version.

i have played this game for about 8h and reached a point where it crashes and i can't continue.
i started a mission on neptune where i got some supplies for a scientist. he then warped me to an alien system outside of the galaxy where i am stuck on a planet since everytime i try to lift off, the game crashes.
i have contacted freeverse and receieved no answer so far.
has anyone else had this problem?
i hope this is recoverable through an update.

anyone else with this problem? or anyone from freeverse reading here? it really sucks to buy a game for €6, play it for 8h and then it just crashes, no way of recovery whatsoever...

right now i advise everyone to stay away.

Let me look into it. I know the system you are talking about. I haven't seen a crash there but I can set the game up to look at it really easily.

We have a 1.1 update that addresses some issues already in review. Hopefully it'll address what is happening with you.

thanks for the fast reply...hope the update solves the issue.

since the iphone version just came out... is it possible to continue the same game there (and maybe leave that system) or do you start a different, new game? i suppose the latter, since it's not an online game...

and while i'm at it, any online features planned for the future?

UPDATE: jan303 Try this:

Launch Warpgate. While the loading screen is up (wih the big spacegun and the green clouds) hit the Home Button to exit Warpgate. That'll cause Warpgate to switch to a failsafe save next launch. Let me know if that fixes everything.

Another user hit this same bug, and I think I've got a fix for version 1.2 now.

Not right now sadly.

Real quick, can I get the exact thing that is happening.

The mission you are on, it is named "My God! It's Full of Stars" right?

And the game crashes when you fly over to the planet that is broken up in the middle of the system and the Scientists attempts to warp you out. is that correct?

jan303

@hippieman:

right, that's the mission. when the scientist contacted me to get me back (after i scanned everything) i was already over the broken up planet. now i am ON that planet everytime i log in and when i try to lift off, it crashes.
will try the home button thing later and report.
thks so far.

I have been so excited about this game and have played for hours without much confusion. Unfortunately I seem to have hit a huge wall and hope that I am doing something very stupid. I've probably explored every N.S.E and Ecclesiarchy system. I started a pirate chain of missions because I couldn't find any other N.S.E missions. Then I switched over to Ecclesiarchy and spread the word until I can't spread it anymore. N.S.E hates me. Pirates hate me. Artaxerxes hate me. I don't have access to any Adelaide systems. I can't get into Antares, Kaitain, Aldebaran or any other systems deeper to the east. I've explored all of the Ecclesiarchy systems from Wolf 359 to Arietis and N.S.E systems from Poaris to Andromeda Prime.

I can't find any "!" or missions that aren't trade, scan or kill related. I seem to remember one of the Ecclesiarchy telling me to meet a general or something about war with the N.S.E after I had rescued a number of prisoners. I don't recall the planet or if there even is one.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks!

Beings I'm stuck right now, I might as well share what information I have collected since playing the game. I was so overwhelmed and got tired of having to try to remember or randomly dash about to find what I was looking for. So, I created spreadsheets of the following:

Ships & Weapons (http://files.me.com/xebeche/rkhm73)
This gives you concise information about ship stats and what planets sell them. Weapons are also listed here. The Warthog and Thor are likely to be the most affordable and will give you the biggest bang for your buck.

Equipment (http://files.me.com/xebeche/mqqxql)
A sheet of questionable usefulness at the moment. It also details where to find ships and items that are a little more rare.

Markets (http://files.me.com/xebeche/4j09jp)
Lastly, market information. Sadly, these values seem to change slightly as you trade, but I haven't documented changes well enough. Your numbers may very by a point or so. -3 means an item is sold for drastically less on that planet. 0 means they sell it and at normal price. 3 means that the item can be bought and sold for much higher here. The keyword is *sold*.

Hope this helps!
(I know I'm a nerd. I played WoW for a while and got used to wowwiki and wowhead. So much information there and I couldn't stop myself from compiling info on this game beings there is none.)

That was one of the few places where the game sort of dies and you’re like “What Next?”’ because you might have skipped a screen that hints at things. I believe after you spread the world you have to assist the Ecclesiarchy in invading a system in the bottom left (I think you get the orders on a planet in Delta, but it's been a while). It’s a really annoying set of missions (direct warpgate is closed so you have to hop NSE systems) because by this point you’ve truly pissed off the NSE trying to pass the time so you have to either system jump really fast or just grind them down. If you haven't gotten that far, there's some other stuff you have to do for the Eccesiarchy first—just keep wandering the systems looking very close for (!)—and remember, the Ecclesiarchy extends all the way from the top right (Wolf 359) down to the bottom left. There are a couple unrelated NSE missions (one on Neptune earlier, and one on the Moon around this time). But the next stage is to do a lot of crud for Ecclesiarchy until someone from Artaxerxes contacts you. If you tap too fast you won’t find out you have to go up to the top right near Wolf 359 and then later get some Nar Slaves. There's a lot of back and forth, so maybe you should just horde some Nars :-)

This "sticking" happens again right before you need to open Antaxeres. If you tap too fast or do the the missions out of order and end up maxed out (this happened to me), you won't know that you have to go to Delta when you clear out your mission queue (it's mentioned in a screen, but no mission is given and it's easy to accidentally bypass). Then a whole bunch of grinding follows unless you just happen to have psychic powers or have the Daedelus or Nimitz and horded a bunch of crap.

BTW, it really helps to write down what's for sale in each system. Later you will need to remember what system has a certain weapon for sale. There are a few points where you have to remember system details, but it's no biggy.

Pirate stuff is a side mission. You can do it along the way or just do it after you "win".

I'd love to know if the accelerometer combat is optional; unlike just about everyone else, I enjoyed the less active, arcadeish combat. I would not update if the combat change couldn't be turn off in the options menu... I like the combat as it was. :)

It wasn't a few people who thought the combat was the weak point -- it was most people and every site review I've seen that said the combat was the weak point of the game. And, having played many hours ofthe game myself, I have to agree. I like the game alot, but would like it substantially more if the combat was more tactical. The update sounds like it adds some depth, so that's a good thing.

Hippieman has also said in many posts that the accelerometer controls are calibrated really well so that you can use them in any sitting/lying position or just ignore them completely and let the game play out as it did before. If that's the case, then the only thing you would notice from the update is the button that lets you defer weapons power to your shields for one round. That hardly sounds like a problem, and, in fact, could come in useful at times.

I'm not a fan of accelerometer controls either (I would have prefered swipe methods of changing direction) but if they are calibrated as Hippieman has said, they shouldn't be a problem.

Ya, I guess having the accelerometer controls an option wouldn't be a bad thing. As I said, I'm not a fan of accelerometer controls much myself. They've worked decent in a few games, but I don't generally seek them out. If Hippieman put in a swipe option that users could select to change directions instead, that would be great. Overall I think the update is a good thing, but giving players options is never bad either.

I encountered a progress blocker bug. I was doing search for divinity and scanned one of the planets. I got the hail but I hit land instead and when I took off the hail is gone and the quest shows up in the log with no steps to do. Anyone know a work around. I tried the hold down home on launch and it had no effect.

Otherwise I will be forced to restart and lose ten hours of gameplay.

Please make quest actions and message repeatable until you do the next step. This is a terrible bug that ruins an otherwise amaizing game.

This game is what mass effect 2 should have been.

Also please implement multiple save slots so if I encounter another such bug I don't have to reset my entire game.

Also devs, please elimate the annoying quest limit or at least make plot missions (ie non removable ones) not count toward the limit. Suffer you implant two tabs in the quet log one for plot and one for optional. While you are at it maybe add a completed tab too.

Also you should be able to select a mission and have the option toset the way point to the next step.

Wow. I really like this game, but I don't get you at all, in any way, about Mass Effect 2.

Mass Effect 2 was amazing, one of the best games ever, and the universal critical and commercial acclaim proves it. Look at it's average review scores on Gamerankings and Metacritic. It is one of the highest rated games of all times.

This game is not in anyway what ME2 should have been. ME2 is much bigger and more complete. This game is a fantastic mobile game, ME2 is an amazing experience with a truly deep, well told, exciting, moving storyline that the player truly becomes part of and affects.

1. How do I access the Wolf 359 system, and where is it?
2. What is the planet in a system near Delta Aquarii that is surrounded by a debris field, for the "Search for Divinity" mission?

And a misc. question, how do you befriend the pirates? Just attack everyone else?

Anyway, loving the game so far! Only have played for 5 hours probably, compared to some longer times from other people. Best game on my iPad.

I loved mass effect 1. Mass effect 2, while good, was a letdown, IMHO. It took away the sense of discovery and exploration that this game gives us and replaced it with a fairly boring stage based shooter with poor cover with a galaxy map that was less fun than ME 1. Believe me I really tried (60+ hours) to like ME2 but various controversial design changes left me bored/annoyed with it.

Since this is off topic, please go to the following for more discussion over ME 2.

http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/103/index/1472797

This game doesn't have personal planet exploration and characters like in ME 2 but the space exploration in this game sure scratched an itch that I haven't had scratched since ME1, Star Control, etc.

1. Cargo: 40 tons
Equipment: 10 tons
Shield: 1110-ish

It's basically a Thor (bought on the moon) with less shield (which you can upgrade) but a lot faster.

So I'm looking at my rep and I see I'm at 100 with ecclesiarchy and 1.5 with N.S.E. and I'd kinda like to see what things'd be like if it were the other way around or I could be cool with everybody or whatever. The only way to do that would be to reset my game data and start over........ Unlessssss....... We could have lyke separate game saves and jump between them :)

I think it's a great idea..... It can't be too hard to implement and there's no doubt people would be thrilled to get it....

Thoughts?..... :)

I was running 1.1 and ran into this issue. I got the money in my first playthrough then when I reset my game there is no way to re-download my purchased credits. One I have the IAP it should up my starting money in the game by the IAP amount, in my case 115000 (110,000 + 5000 usual staring money)

I'm looking forward to 1.2. I hope you can implement multiple saves as it would be fun to play through supporting different factions. Multi saves would increase replay value.

I sent this to hippieman in PM but I thought I'd share it here as well.

I have some ideas to improve space battles that would make this game equal or better than classics such as star control, star flight and maybe push up against some of the newer space games.

1 - Have battles take place in the main travel screen if you can so you can have things like planets and jump gates.

What you do is when you approach another ship you see a circle appear around it and if you move into that circle you can hit attack to engage. If the other ship attacks you and you have manual mode engaged (see 3 below) then your combat controls come up and you can active your weapons or just run.

This would allow for the possibility of other ships arriving and joining the fray which would make choice of location to fight matter. Which leads us to

2 - If fights drag on allow other ships from factions arriving in the system to join the battle.

3 - Optional expert combat mode

Have a button on the top of the screen to switch between auto pilot and manual. In auto pilot the UI remains the same as it is now with accelerometer and everything. This keeps the casual fight style to let people get into the game easily or for those who don't like a more tactical/arcade style combat.

If you turn on manual mode then you get controls similar to a dual stick shooter.

3a - movement

The left stick controls your 2d movement. Moving would allow you to avoid attacks by dodging or increasing distance to make lasers less likely to hit. However being far away decreases your hit chance as well.

Provide two rings that indicate the fight area. If you go past the inner ring then start flashing fleeing on the screen and when you pass the outer ring you leave combat.

3b - weapons fire

Have 1-2 rows (depending on the weapon capacity of the ship) of buttons on the bottom that toggle auto fire for each weapon.

On the right have a second self position arcade stick that determines fire direction which will select the target and depending on how close you aim it will improve the chance of hitting for non homing weapons.

3c - Energy management

On the top of the screen you show an available energy indicator and as you toggle weapons on they consume part of the available energy. The other things that can consume energy are shield boost which will drop energy bar but then it will recharge over time. You would never have to disable it unless you are completely out of energy.

In addition have available energy determines how fast you can move. I would suggest some scale such as

1 weapon active = 100% movement
2 weapons active = 90% movement
3 weapons active = 80% movement
4 weapons active = 70% movement
5 weapons active = 60% movement
6 weapons active = 50% movement
7 weapons active = 40% movement
8 weapons active = 30% movement
9 weapons active = 20% movement
10 weapons active = 10% movement

Since shield boost depletes energy this would similarly slow your movement. To balance this you would need to make energy regenerate faster than it currently does for shield boost.

This creates a simple but tactically rich combat system where you have to balance which weapons are enabled balanced with shield recovery and movement.

3d - support other upgrades in weapon slots

Toggle items

This would even allow you to introduce other items that you can put in weapon slots that don't fire but boost total energy or add some shield regeneration. But of course having lots of shield regeneration enabled would take energy away from shield boost and movement.

Instantaneous Items

You could even have other utility items that you press a button and they turn on an effect for a short time in exchange for consuming a quantity of energy but don't cost any energy to install

Here are some ideas for other items

- Shield generator - regenerates X% of shield pre second (toggle)
- Shield hyperboost - Increases the effect of shield boost by X% (toggle)
- afterburner - double movement for a few seconds (instantaneous)
- Energy module - increases your free energy bar by X% (increasing movement and shield boost power)

4 Add occasional equipment drops to combat and quests

Have various cool and maybe rare items drop off of enemy ships and as quest rewards. Allow a ship to carry up to double its weapon slots as spare equipment that can be installed on a planet where you can trade equipment.

Just some thoughts. I love the game and if you did something like this it would be one of the greats of all time, IMHO.

I'm flying around libra looking for blake buck so I can kill him, but he's nowhere to be found. I didn't pay too much attention when I got the mission ... how to advance?

It may have already been covered but just wanted to ask if it was normal to have my save file wiped after updated. It's not a huge deal since i was only a couple of hours in, just don't want it to happen when I eventually put a substantial amount of time into the game..

I just want to say that I am really enjoying this game. Even after reading reviews and posts in this forum I didn't really know what it would be like.

It's so good I find it hard to stop playing at times. I keep coming back to it for more.

Can the developer please confirm whether or not 1.2 has been submitted yet and when it might be released? I just got an iPad and was hoping to use the "upload to Plus" feature to migrate my save game from the iphone version... and I can't, because the HD version is only 1.1 and lacks that feature...

Lite version Out in NZ store http://itunes.apple.com/nz/app/warpgate-hd-free/id369174831?mt=8

Also 1.2 update is out.

What's new

New Plus+ syncing. Now you can upload your saved game to the Plus+ network and retrieve it. This will allow you to share save games between iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. Also keeps an online backup of your progress.

Added a new option to turn on or off the Accelerometer controls introduced in 1.1. Users who like the old game mechanic can opt to not use the new controls and users who like them can keep on using them.

Same here. I've been interested in the game since I got my iPad, but I wanted to try it before I bought it. There has been a lack of lite versions of games for the iPad so far, so hopefully more lite versions will be coming soon.

I used to be all about finding the next big trade. But then...

I traded weapons until I made 2.16 billion credits. BUT the credits glitched out. My 2.16B switched to negative -2.16B and if I sell for a profit I lose funds. Sadly I planted mines all over the galaxy and am constantly leaking the goods!:( anyone else experience this?

We're looking into that. Your credits are stored as an unsigned 64-bit integer specifically so that that wouldn't happen, but we must have accidentally downconverted in a calculation somewhere.

Thank you. The game is great, sadly my favorite part was the trading. Please update soon!

Can you add the ability (unless i'm blatantly not spotting it) to drop a mission..

Picked up a mission but no longer want it ... i know you can cancel them on the originating planet but a simple 'Reject Mission' button would be great..

Love the game anyway and hope you can continue to enhance it

From your mission log, select the mission you want to delete. Once it's green, at the bottom of the screen is a Delete Mission button. It's red I believe.

been playing the game for... well i dont know, 20-30hrs? anyway, i had a problem earlier and someone from freeverse helped me on this forum so i hope to get some help for this:

like i said, i am pretty far in the game, close to finishing the campaign i suppose. i saved my progress to plus+ since its been possible. recently i had to restore my ipad but i figured it shouldnt be a problem since i could download my progress again. now it seems my last upload has been at a point where i just had been destroyed, which, in the game is not a problem since you get taken back to the last warpgate. but now when i download my progress, i see my ship being destroyed and next i start over with the tutorial :(

anything i can do to recover my progress? it would really suck to lose all of it.

thanks in advance
jan

Can anyone elaborate on what the differences are between the full and lite version? The app descriptions on the store don't really say, and having played the lite version for a while now, I'm wondering if the lite will simply stop at a certain point or if there's content missing?

Thanks for any information.

I am stuck in Vega. All the warp gates are locked. I was on the mission to rescue 3 prisoners from 3 areas and was on the last one when I decided to stray to vega to scan a planet for another mission and now I cannot get out. Please help!
