laminar's site has much better/more full size screens of the game, and it seems to have not just all the planes, but all the modes of the previous games, including dog fighting, and the space shuttle takeoff/landing sequence.

Nothing anymore ... last update fixed all the coming soon's ... its now a full version including space shuttle, combat, gliders etc ...

only thing thats premium on-top of the asking price is the Apollo 'module' is a pay-for add-on

I just redesigned the interface and added rudder controls. Just an idea to austin mayer, the developer. Fly without the rudder control is ridiculous.

What's new

Much more complete MAP in the map screen!
We now have markers beacons, fixes, and airways on the maps... much more complete and professional!
As well, as requested, you click on the map to place your plane anywhere you like, making it possible to start your flight anywhere!
As well, we have a new map in the cockpit of the airliners which is pretty darn nice!
We now have longer replays, and they are visible on the map as well! This lets you replay a good bit of your flight, and see it on the map as well!
This is what is done in the multi-million dollar flight-training sims!

The HUD is bit a bit more clear, and the replay buttons are much bigger and more clear.
As well, all of the fire, gun, missile, towplane hook, B-52-drop, etc buttons are in larger click-regions so are easier to hit.

Refinements in flight model of SR-71 and F-18 to make them more realistic.
As well, the flight controls phase in smoothly when you start a new flight, making in-air restarts a bit smoother.

NEW FEATURES:

RUDDER-SLIDER is now at the bottom!
This is really cool, because it lets you do nosewheel steering separately from the roll-input,
and also lets you sideslip and yaw in flight, independently of roll, as you can in a real airplane.
This system is automatic as long as you do not touch the slider, but engages as soon as you
slide your finger along the bottom of the screen. In other words, it is automatic with a manual over-ride…
try it! It is pretty darn cool to use!

ENHANCEMENTS:

We have lower ram-use for more stability on devices with only a little RAM and a lot of other apps installed.
We have frame-rate enhancements to run a hair smoother.

With the increased speed and decreased RAM-use, all of our apps should run a bit smoother and more reliably!

The fuel-flow model is now better, for more accurate flight durations, as requested.

Coming out if replay restores you to the end of the flight, as desired.

BUG FIX:

The nosewheel steering on the 757 is now functional.
