Just so nobody wastes their time, all the codes are gone.

Too bad. I bought this game for the iPhone and I love it, I'm sure this is awesome!

I just had to take a break from playing with my new toy, and letting everyone know that as good as and beautiful as Soosiz is on the iPhone / iTouch - it does not hold a candle to the HD version - absolutely stunning graphics. Controls are resized for the right proportion on the iPad.

Absolutely wonderful game.

I am not much of a double dipper, and I have to say that most of the games that I have tried on 2x are not too bad looking, and actually are much better than I thought they would be, but this one blew me away with how pretty it was.

I hope I can get a promo code. I've already bought this for the iPhone and I'd love to try out the HD version on my iPad...

i've played a dozen or so HD games, and this is probably my favorite. The controls work really well on the ipad. Unlike games with virtual sticks, I didn't feel at all like I had to stretch to reach the stick. This is an outstanding plat former on the iphone and I like it even more on the ipad.

Thank you pluto6 for you review on the App Store and thank you caltab for your great comments. We did experiment on a cardboard iPad prototype to improve the controls but still weren't exactly sure how well they would work on an actual device. :o

We only have a few promo codes left so we will probably do something more special with them rather than just post them for the quickest to grab. Stay tuned!

This is one game I wished went universal, I bought it the day it came out for the phone and I wish I didn't have to rebuy it just for it to fit my screen. I don't feel scammed or anything and I mean the game is quality but I just can't justify it.

That is understandable. If there was a way to not to bundle resources for both versions in the same app, we would have definitely made an universal update. In the future, if Apple allows linking apps so that if you have purchased one of them, you will get the other one for free, we will probably do that. Currently, we are just pretty much out of options. :(

Ya, Apple really should at least make an option where you can pay a smaller upgrade fee for "HD" versions of apps you already own. It would benefit both the developers and consumers. I know there are games I haven't bought that I would pick up if I only had to spend a small fee.

Good idea something like 1.99 HD upgrade charge would be reasonable.. However this is very short term sited as most developers now will be creating new iP's and can account for both now..

Never had it on the touch or iPhone and find it to be the best game I have purchased on the iPad. I'm sure it's yesterdays news, but for all of you out there like me... Check this one out!

I have Nova, NFS, CoD, Mirrors Edge and find this more entertaining.

Thanks for the heads up. No iPad yet, and I know the game is basically the same with better graphics, but I bought it again for iPad. It's an awesome game I can't wait to play it on the big screen.

I have both the iPhone and iPad versions of this game and I have to say, this was one of those games that was a huge massive waste to spend your hard earned money on if you are the owner of the original. Not kidding. And when people get their iPads they'll usually spend a lot more money on apps very quickly and it all adds up, so big suggestion to skip Soosiz HD if you already paid for the original

I had both versions on my iPad at one time to compare and the original Soosiz already looks excellent on the iPad biggie sized. Checked out Soosiz HD and it's a little crisper, other than that the graphics look very close, so when someone says the graphics are better, well, it's cripser but it looks like the developer didn't do much to it at all, textures look the same, just the edges are a little more crisper. This will be one of the most laziest ports you'll see to HD. Also nothing is different from either version, plays and looks the same, same size and everything.

So don't waste your money on this if you already have original.

Now this is BS. I waited for a price drop and yesterday bought it when it dropped to $2.99. Now not even 24hrs later they drop it again to .99. Not buying from these jokers anymore...

Is it really worth to buy the HD version? I have the iPhone version and it runs pretty beautiful on the iPad. Can anyone please tell me what is better on the HD? Is it any new material?

Nevermind. I somehow missed Karma32 message which responds to my question.

Ok so i went ahead and bought the HD version I have the iPhone version and I will say this about the game.

In all honesty the developer should have made this a universal app instead of charging 2.99 4.99 or whatever some of you paid.

That said there are some slight differences Optimized controls and Enhanced graphics. No it's not a world of difference, but it does look and play nicely on the iPad.

I bought it for .99 since it supports the native resolution and improved controls over the iPhone version. If you never played this its a great deal for .99 a steal i would say and for the small but noticeable improvements well worth a buck..

We apologize for changing the price twice, it was not intentional. We changed the price to $0.99 for the weekend after we realized Soosiz HD was being featured by Apple in the iPad App Store. It is understandable that someone will be annoyed, but if this results in Soosiz climbing up the top listings and getting more attention, we can guarantee that it will be a good thing for everyone.

On the other hand, the Lite version for Soosiz HD was just approved by Apple and should be available for download within a couple of hours. It should be enough to make the decision on whether it is worth it to buy the HD version. Like we state in the app description, there is NO new content at this time.

About making the game universal, yeah, maybe we should have done that, but it was not a trivial decision. Protecting our existing iPhone and iPod touch customers was our first priority and we did not want to do anything to risk that. It is too late to change what has already been done, but we will appreciate any suggestions about what we should do in the future.

I don't understand what you're saying. How can making the app universal hurt your existing iPhone users? Is it just that you're worried about making them use more storage? That seems pretty minor.

As is the developer. Apparently there has been some issue that Apple has promised to have a look at, it's been two weeks but nothing has happened...yet.

The issue with the App Store has finally been resolved and the app is once again available for download. It was not our fault but we are still sorry for the inconvenience.

We have also reduced the price to $0.99 for a limited time.

We've just release an update with Game Center leaderboards and achievements.

The update also includes support for multiple player profiles, a feature which has been requested by many. The player profiles, along with the progress in the game, can also be backed up and transferred to other devices by email.

I purchased this game last week on the ipad and I got hooked. Great controls and good level flow. I was hooked, and I completed all of the achievements to 100%. Also, I have placed first in all of the Game Center blue coin levels top finish times (badbrad130), if anyone wants a challenge, give them a try:) Nice job TouchFoo!

A couple things to improve on:
1) On the title screen, there is a little glitch with the little feet animation for the little fellows carrying around the medals. It only occurs for the first few seconds and then it goes away
2) There's a few physics bugs with the blue coin balance ball levels. When going fast, sometimes character won't jump. It also gets stuck up on flat pointing edges when going slowly. Blue coins level 14 is very frustrating because of this. Those of you who can finish level 14 and 15 with all the coins I applaud your skills, it is no easy feat.
