What the .... (iPod sync troubles)

My iPod just synced and it deleted all my apps, except for one web app. I don't know where and how to install my backup. Ahhh.

Right click on your iPod in iTunes, choose Restore From Backup.

Choose the most recent backup (if there's more than one)

Let it restore, then before you do anything else, sync.

You may also want to make a copy of your previous backup before you start just in case...

Errr... connect to your pc, click on "recover" or "backup" in the iTunes devices main screen.
