I believe you will need to redo 2 things before submitting.
1) Change the enemies from Goombas from Mario to something original
2) Change the game name because "Doodle Cannon" is already taken

It's already on the app store and it's submitted for the iphone. If you decide to submit, I will have Apple take your game off of the app store. So all you have to do is change those two things and you will be fine.
