If we have our UDID's added on dev account's already for beta's that means we can install os 4.0 right?

Clearly if you were testing some dev's 4.0 app you would be justified in installing the 4.0 beta. It seems very unlikely though that some system is actually checking UDIDs against some list of provisioned devices.
