Also, I used all my money so it needs to be free

You can use Categories to put everyything on Folders
You can use Stacks as well.
You can put as many games and you want on your device, you will only have 11 pages and then you can find the rest by using "spotlight"
You can use Fivecolumnspring board and FiveLrows
You can use SBSettings and put 12 apps on the "Dock" over there.

Yes there's an app for it. It's called OverBoard, but it's not free.

Yes you can have as many you want!!
(right now i have 20 pages, NO-jailbreak)

Yeah but turning it off and on will ruin my jailbreak..

Yeah that's what I'm jailbroken with.

Download Infiniboard from Cydia....it allows for you to put an unlimited amount of apps on one page and then scroll up and down.

If you used spirit then yes, totally safe to power off, restart, reboot etc, my brothers has been fine and so has mine :)
