what happens to my itouch with 3.1.3 firmware if i jailberak it with balckra1n?

spirit wont work for me :/


i jailbreaked it then it (itunes) told me to restore so i went to another computer i connected it, went away for about 30 seconds came bak to see that ipod has disconnected (because i left it on the edge of the chair) and when i click the home button it went bak to normal

how do i get spirit to jailbreak for me? ive set the compatibility to windows 98, updated my itunes but nothing will work :/

set up your iphone on itunes first as a new phone and then jailbreak with spirit on the same computer (but make sure itunes is closed when you jailbreak) and then when your finished jailbreaking connect to the same itunes on the same computer and it shouldnt tell you to restore

Yes, it's the same OS. Just put your phone into recovery mode and choose "restore as new" when it prompts you.

Jailbreaking ISNT illegal, but downloading paid apps for free is.

even the apps are not, except for one certain app that is stretching the boundaries

dont worry about anything being illegal because none of it is (excluding that one out of the hundreds of thousands of cydia apps)

Jailbreaking is not illegal. Like I said; Google is your friend.

Its your property, what you choose to do with it is your decision.

The only way it could be construed as being illegal would be if you used cracked apps, because you'd be stealing from devs. And you'd be banned from TA.

Why can't you get Spirit to work? Its possible to use Spirit for the jailbreak, if it isn't working then, well, operator error.

another computer has windows 2003.... we are getting a mac when i move
houses....
